Beginning his career in McAllen, Texas Jack established himself as a prominent developer, creating numerous successful residential communities throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
A transformative moment came in 1998 when Jack purchased a family ranch in Harper, Texas. This acquisition sparked more than just a business opportunity – it kindled a deep connection to the Hill Country that would shape the future direction of his enterprise. As an avid outdoorsman, pilot, and wildlife enthusiast, Jack found his true calling in the rolling hills and pristine landscapes of the region.
This personal connection to the land inspired Jack to expand his development vision to the Hill Country, where he has since bought and sold over 50,000 acres of prime Texas ranch land. His approach to land development is guided by a deep respect for the natural environment and a commitment to preserving the authentic character of Texas ranching heritage.
Today, Jack spends most of his time at his remarkable ranch in Junction, Texas, where he has created a wildlife paradise featuring over 14 species of exotic African animals, American bison, and diverse deer species including axis and fallow deer. His sophisticated whitetail deer breeding operation demonstrates his commitment to wildlife conservation and management.
As a father of three daughters, Jack has made his real estate enterprise a true family legacy, with his daughter based in Austin now helping to expand their real estate operations. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation founded on unwavering integrity and strong family values.
